Understanding HR Admin Access
Universal Access: HR Admins have comprehensive access to all divisions and employees/users within the system. This broad access allows them to view and manage data across the entire organizational structure whether form approval is specifically assigned to an HR Staff or is unassigned.
Form Assignment Limitation
Form Assignment for HR Admins: Unlike HR Staff members who can be assigned specific forms based on their division, forms cannot be directly assigned to HR Admins due to their unrestricted access across all divisions.
Assign Form Option
Restricted to HR Staff: When you encounter the "Assign Form" option, please note that it's designed to provide a list of HR Staff members assigned to a specific division. This option is not available for HR Admins.
Alternative Approach
Collaborative Handling: In scenarios where specific form-related tasks need to be performed by HR Admins, consider addressing them collaboratively within the HR Admin team. Since HR Admins can access all divisions, they can collectively manage and oversee form-related matters as required.
