If a user’s information is not available when attempting to assign them a task, follow these steps:

  • Sometimes, technical glitches can prevent names from showing up correctly. Try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in to see if the issue resolves itself.

Step 3: Contact Support

  • If you've ensured that the person’s information is accurate, but their name still doesn't appear in the Assignee Search for the Task Manager, it might be a technical issue that requires support assistance. Reach out to the Support team for further troubleshooting.
