Task Assignee Missing Names
If a user’s information is not available when attempting to assign them a task, follow these steps:
Step 1: Verify User Information
Double-check the spelling and accuracy of the person's name or username. It's possible that a typo or small error in typing is causing the system not to recognize them.
Step 2: Page Refresh or Log Out and In
Sometimes, technical glitches can prevent names from showing up correctly. Try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in to see if the issue resolves itself.
Step 3: Contact Support
If you've ensured that the person’s information is accurate, but their name still doesn't appear in the Assignee Search for the Task Manager, it might be a technical issue that requires support assistance. Reach out to the Support team for further troubleshooting.
