When exporting forms, you have the flexibility to customize your export by applying specific filters to narrow down the selection.
Date Filters: Select Time Frames
Use the date filters to specify a time frame for the forms you want to export.
This feature is helpful for generating reports for specific periods, such as monthly or quarterly analyses.
Division Filters: Organize by Department
Filter forms based on divisions, allowing you to export data specific to certain departments or teams.
This filtering is beneficial for analyzing data within distinct divisions or for generating division-specific reports.
Form Filters: Focus on Specific Forms
Select specific forms to be included in the export, allowing you to target your data extraction.

Choose whether to include archived forms in your export.

Export Forms
Follow these steps to export your forms effectively and maintain access to your important information:
Step 1: Access the Administrator Dashboard
• Begin by accessing the Administrator dashboard, which serves as the central control panel for managing various aspects of the system.
Step 2: Access the Export Feature
As an HR Admin level user, log into your account.
Navigate to the Forms section in the menu and select the ‘Forms Export’ option.
Step 3: Apply Filters
If necessary, apply filters to narrow down the list of forms you wish to export. Filters may include dates, divisions, specific forms, employees, or status.
Select the checkbox to include Archived Forms in the export.
Step 4: Export the Forms
To choose the format, select the ‘Bulk Print’ dropdown menu and choose your preferred format.
Click the "Go!" button. The system will generate a file containing the forms in the selected format.
Admin Tip: Forms can be pulled or printed 500 at a time. Page counts do not impact this number.
