WHERE DO THE EMPLOYEE/USER UPLOADS SHOW ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROVIDED?
Accessing Employee/User Uploads
To enable this feature, please contact your sales representative.
To view uploads provided by the employee/user in the system, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Administrator Dashboard
• Begin by accessing the Administrator dashboard, which serves as the central control panel for managing various aspects of the system.
Step 2: Navigate to the Employee/User List
From your Administrator homepage, there are two options:
Navigate to the appropriate division where the employee is located. Click on "View Current Employees/Users" button or "Total Employees/Users" under Division Stats to directly access the division's employee/user list.
Locate the Search menu at the top of the page and click on it. Basic search boxes will appear for First Name and Last Name. For advanced search options, click the “full search” button on the right of the basic search.
Step 3: Select the Account to Edit
Locate the account you want to modify. Click on their name to access their Employee/User Folder.
Step 4: Review Uploaded Files
Within the Employee Folder, locate the "Uploaded Files" section. This is where all submitted Employee Uploads are stored for review and management.
Manage Employee Uploads
“Open” Button: Click on a specific file in the Uploaded Files section to view its contents. This allows you to review the information submitted.
“Edit” Button: In some cases, you might need to make updates or corrections to the Category or Description of an upload.
Employee/User Uploads can be replaced when logged into the account as the employee/user.
“Export” Button: If you require copies of the uploaded documents for record-keeping purposes, you can export the zip files to your local storage.
“Delete” Button: In instances where a file is no longer needed or has been replaced, you can also delete files from the Uploaded Files section.
Admin Tip: There is no limit on the number of uploads that can be available within the Employee/User Folder. This being the case, we recommend NOT deleting uploads if it is not strictly necessary.
