CAN I HAVE MY FLYERS GO OUT IN THE ACTIVATION EMAIL FOR THE NEW EMPLOYEES/USERS TO REVIEW BEFORE THEY LOG IN?

Flyer Availability for New Employees/Users ASAP

To make read-only documents (known as Flyers) available in the activation email to new employees/users from the system, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Administrator Dashboard

  • Begin by accessing the Administrator dashboard, which serves as the central control panel for managing various aspects of the system.

Step 2: Navigate to Advanced Company Settings

  • Locate the Settings menu at the top of the page and click on it. In the dropdown list, select Company Settings.

  • On the [Company Name] Settings page, scroll down to the Advanced Company Settings panel.

Step 3: Enable Activation Email Flyers Setting

  • Find the setting called ‘Include A Link to Flyers in Employee/User Activation Email’. Click on the dropdown menu and select Yes.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Update Advanced Company Settings” button to save the changes.

Step 4: Confirm Activation Email Link

  • Create a faux employee account in the Test division and enter your email address for notifications.

  • Confirm on the activation email that is sent to you that under the Username, Temporary Password, and website link, there is an item #4 that states, ‘4) Your company has documents that will need to be viewed, in addition to filling out your forms. Please view these documents now.’

  • ‘View these documents’ is a hyperlink that will lead the employee/user to the Flyers page.

Include Flyers in Activation Emails

  • As part of your onboarding process, make sure to create informative flyers that provide essential information to new hires. Flyers can cover topics such as company policies, benefits, key contacts, and more. Having these materials available right from the start can contribute to a smoother onboarding experience.
