Create a Report for Specific Forms

The ability to run reports for specific forms offers you a laser-focused view of the information you need. Whether you're analyzing training compliance, employee/user feedback, or any other form-related metrics, this feature allows you to extract relevant insights effortlessly.

Generate a Form-Specific Report

Step 1: Access Employee Reports

  • From the Administrator homepage, navigate to the Employee Reports section, where you'll find a range of reporting options.

Step 2: Report Parameters

  • Set the basic parameters based on your reporting needs.

    • Start and End Date: Only employees that have submitted forms within the date range selected will appear on the report.

    • Account Status (dropdown showing All Employees): Filter employees that display on the report by their completion status.

    • Checkbox for Only Employees Who Have E-Verify Case Numbers (where applicable): Select this option if you would like to only run a report on employees where the E-Verify process has begun.

Step 3: Form Selection

  • Within the chosen form, a list of individual questions will be displayed. Select the questions that you want to be included in the report.

Step 4: Set Filters

  • Depending on your reporting needs, you can apply various filters such as date range, division, and completion status.

Step 5: Generate Report

  • Click the "Generate Report" button to initiate the report generation process. The system will compile the relevant data based on the selected form and applied filters.
